We are temporarily suspending in person tours during Covid 19. Below you will find a short tour of each area of the kitchen so you can review the space and what is available.
Prep Area
The front prep area is perfect for preparing food prior to cooking, for packaging or for clients who do not require access to heat during their process.
Steam kitchen
This space is perfect for anyone making sauces, soups, jams, pickles, etc. It comes equipped with 2 - 30g steam kettles and a combi oven.
Main kitchen
Equipped with a grill, 10 burner stove with 2 conventional ovens, convection oven, hobart mixer, immersion blenders, robot coupe food processors and a commercial dish washer. It is the perfect space for caterers, prepped meals, bakers and more.
Dry good storage is also available for those clients who would like to leave ingredients or small equipment at the facility.
